Director – How to Assign Scorekeepers

1 The first step is to open Tourney and click the menu button

2 Click User

3 Click Manage Score Keepers

4 Click Add Score Keeper. Enter the user information and click save. Remember their user name and password.

5 Once done go back to your menu tab

6 Click Tournaments

7 Click Score on the event you want to add the scorekeeper

8 Click Assign Score Keeper to the parks/fields you want. You can add multiple. YOU CAN ALSO ASSIGN INDIVIDUAL GAMES in the upper right corner

9 To add a scorekeeper, just Click assign button and select the user

10 Click ADD

11 That’s it. You’re done. Your scorekeepers can login via www.tourneyengine.com from any device that has internet.
