Director – How to Cancel a Gate Pass

1 The first step is to open Tourney and click Ticket tab for the event

2 In the Global Search you can look up the users name to find the transaction

3 Click Cancel Ticket

4 Add the date you are canceling

5 Add a reason for the cancellation. This will be view able to the check in attendant in case the tix is used later.

6 Click cancel ticket to proceed

7 That’s it. You’re done.
