Director – Mark a Team as Paid and Move to Entered List

Start by selecting the event the payment is made for and select manage

Then select the division the team is in and click manage

Select the teams tab and also (2) you can easily move between divisions for this event in the drop down so you don’t have to go back to the main dashboard.

On the team list, search for the team by name, coach name or coach email. Once you find the team, here you can click the “Unpaid” button and the payment window will popup.

Once you have recorded the payment the team will show as paid and you can then add them to the entered list if you choose. Note; you can alos entered unpaid teams to the entered list as well.
