Director – What is Flex Schedule

The Flex-Scheduler allows teams to register and then pick their games times based on availability. This is used for leagues where for example, teams are to play each other 3 times over the next 2 months. Team A can select a time to play, then team B can see that time and choose to play the game.

To get started on the event setup page click the Flex Schedule button:

You can send the team coach a link so that they can select a time to play by exporting he entered team list:

This report shows the team slot link:

The team coach opens this link and is given the team slot page:

They select their time(s) and this alerts the event director that a team has added to the schedule.
